Withdrawal stuck? Bet voided unfairly? Account frozen? Follow these steps in order.

1. Collect evidence
  • Screenshots of the bet slip (ID, odds, stake, time), your balance and any messages.
  • Your user ID / account email.
  • Dates and times of every contact with support.

2. Contact support in writing
Use email or the in-app ticket so there's a record (live chat is fine but save the transcript). Be calm and specific.

Template
Subject: Complaint — [Bet ID / Withdrawal ID] — [your account email]

Hello,
On [date] I placed bet [ID] / requested withdrawal [ID] of ₦[amount]. [What happened: voided / pending for X days / account restricted].
According to your terms ([section, if you know it]), I believe this is incorrect because [reason].
Please [settle the bet / process the withdrawal / explain the exact rule applied] within 5 working days.
Attached: [screenshots].
Regards, [name]

3. Escalate inside the company
If there's no answer in a few days, ask for the complaint to be escalated to a supervisor or the complaints department, quoting your ticket number.

4. Escalate to the regulator
Licensed bookmakers fall under a gaming regulator (in Nigeria, the National Lottery Regulatory Commission or the relevant state gaming board, depending on the licence). Check the footer of the bookmaker's website for their licence, and lodge a formal complaint with your evidence.

5. Share it here
Post your case below — someone may have solved the same problem with the same bookie. 👇

For bet9ja, you would need to keep being persistent with their customer service it's in their habit to ignore a one-time complain.
